Functional Training Course

Participants will learn to how to leverage CRT METHOD movement based training approach on the CRT to teach Foundational Movements and progressions and then apply to a variety of training equipment. The CRT Method Master Trainers teach this course through a self-paced series of video learning demonstrations.

You will master the CRT Method basics at a professional level. Upon completion, you will be required to submit a 15- minute demo sequence to demonstrate learned competency before awarding your certification.
